Jacque Fresco & The Venus Project

Jacque Fresco, an industrial/social designer, has devoted his life to shaping the future we all live in.  He advocates MINIMUM ENERGY USAGE, MAXIMUM RETURN ON INVESTMENT, LESS OWNERSHIP, MORE RECIPROCITY, LESS COMPETITION, VALUE-CENTERED & HEALTH-CENTERED LIFE, LOVE, QUALITY OF LIFE, MINIMAL MAINTENANCE, STREAMLINING, NO TANGIBLE CURRENCY, MECHANIZATION, LARGE-SCALE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, SYSTEMS GLOBAL MONITORING, LESS PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION, NO GOVERNMENTAL CONTROL (why would you have to control people if they have everything they want?  Rather than hold them for $50,000 on AVG. in the US, give them watches, food, clothing…etc.), NO SOCIAL HIERARCHY, AND NO VIOLENCE…Who needs currency if everything is provided?  How is this funded?  By realizing waste today, in military, obsolete technology & throw-aways, in security, in law enforcement…VIOLENCE is taught.  "I've never met a Chinese baby right out of the womb that spoke Chinese" - Jacque Fresco

Does this sound as crazy to you as it did to me at first?  Please look him up on youtube, and just listen to what he has to say.  Before you try to cut him short, or say that one of his solutions is undeveloped, watch ALL of his youtube content before judging.  He is the only realistic offset to the New World Order.  In Jacque we trust…as stated above, he devoted nearly his entire life on his project: the Venus Project.  Please check it out on your own, in addition to this blog post...

Jacque Fresco, The Venus Project

Inside his Venus, Florida studio...

The Venus Project - A Future City

Water City (Did you honestly think our land wouldn't fill up?)

Another city possibility (Earlier model…now circular, for ease of transportation & to employ an equidistant, central monitoring "hub")

Where Jacque Fresco spent most of his life, supporting his Venus Project and working on it inside with 3d models & drawings scattered throughout… (Venus, Florida)

The only work citizens of the world, comprised of these cities, will do will be to maintain, monitor, and add technology/mechanization to the world…everything is STANDARDIZED, UPDATABLE, & INTERCHANGEABLE…why fight mechanization to save jobs when we shouldn't be working?  Moreover, machines don't get sick or take work leave…they work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week…

Are we stupid, or do we simply not care?  If you're waiting for someone else to do it for you…to do what you won't…you'll find a group of shadier men silencing them to reap the same profits.  Why must we allow some to profit off others misfortunes?  Do you not fucking know that over 1 billion people of this 7 billion world are starving, and that 99% of the world's current development occurs in "shanty towns", favellas, and in huts made of scraps of trash?  Or are you trying to become an active competitor in a system that doesn't care about you, and your feelings?  WE have basic human needs that aren't being met!  Are you content with this?  How does that make you feel?

When airplanes started, they needed rods to support the wings because the wing's material wasn't strong enough.  Once stronger materials became known and employed, we began to see their potential.  Know why good products that last don't exist on a large scale?  PLANNED TECHNOLOGICAL OBSOLESCENCE - if you didn't have to REBUY a product over and over, the system would fail.  Consumers in the current system MUST, inevitably, purchase and purchase, fall into debt, and suffer for others to reap profits.  Does this not make sense to any of you, or does the world not care?

This kind of reminded me of the video game "Halo"…

Mechanization & Standardization, used in an Interchangeable fashion…

Parkways between everything, supporting recreation…this is aside from the outer city agricultural "belt"…

The central hub will be the technological monitoring of resource usage, production capacity, and will include other ecological monitoring systems to ensure sustainability.  What comes out must come in…NOT the other way around…

The circadian city…each circular "belt" supports a certain function (IE - residential, agricultural, commercial, etc.)

Advanced public transportation (City to City)

Self sustaining…

Another city prototype...

Minimize transportation by building water cities near land at first…

Actual tangible 3D models…

LASTLY, 3D printing technologies will be capable of producing walls & furniture for homes in a day or less.  Not a single construction worker will perform construction work, except for the individual operating the machinery needed to perform such creations.  Any of these buildings above could be  created using 3d printing technology THAT ALREADY EXISTS…If you can 3d print an Apple that started in CAD, you can create a building on a larger scale.  Think of the savings and rapidity!
